Raymarine fish finders have two different basic configurations for an NMEA bundle for their fish finders.  They also have two different fish finder series.  These are the ELEMENT and the AXIOM.

Some fish finders have their NMEA cable built into the power cable.  This rule applies to the Element, the Axiom, and the Axiom+

The newer AXIOM models, such as the Axiom Pro, Axiom XL, Axiom 2 Pro and Axiom 2 XL have a standard NMEA 2000 port.  Our bundles for fish finders in this series include a standard NMEA 2000 3 foot / 1m cable for connecting it.

Generally, you want to be careful to check that any Raymarine device supports NMEA 0183 if you require it.  If you need NMEA 0183 connections for a VHF radio, or a Yamaha 6Y8 speedometer, for example.  We offer our Capn NMEA NMEA 0183 to NMEA 2000 converter in these situations.

Often, we can provide NMEA connection options for older Raymarine charts or fish finders on request. Our pros can also advise you on how to use NMEA 2000 devices in Raymarine SeaTalkNG networks, or how to bridge SeaTalkNG networks to/from NMEA 2000.
