Overview
If your find a defect in one of our products, or your order is not satisfactory due to something we did, we will replace it for you, free of charge. Or, for up to 60 days after your received your order, you can send the defective product back for a full refund. Replacement parts are sent to you by the identical shipping method you specified on your original purchase. If the problem is our fault, we will also pay full shipping costs back to one of our facilities from your location. Defects after 60 days will be replaced under warranty. If the products in your order are unopened and you wish to return your items in your order, or the entire order, for some reason (such as you did not buy the boat you were planning to), If all the products in the order are still in the original packaging, we can accept the order if you send it back to us, assuming we provide directions for where the product must be returned. You must also cover the shipping cost by any method you wish, so long as there is a tracking number provided by the courier.
There is generally no refunds given for software services or downloads, such as upgrades to your products provided by a payment.
Our e-commerce server generally will keep track of your purchase for both return and warranty purposes. However, we may ask for proof of purchase, or an order number..
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the your refund being processed. Or, in the case of any of the items being returned in unsaleable condition, we will contact you to describe what issues we found, and try to reach a mutually agreeable conclusion. This is an extremely rare occurrence. So each one is handled on a case by case basis.
If your return is received in resalable condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days of receipt of your return. Please keep in mind that credit card refunds may take up to 2 weeks to show up in your account, or show up on your statement.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and we will let you know where to send the item you need to return.
Gifts
You may return any or all unopened items that were sold as a gift to you. A full refund will be issued upon our receipt of the items in unopened condition. You must cover the cost of sending these unopened items to the address we specify. Returns sent back to us may be sent by any courier method that provides a tracking number. However, all returns must be send to the address that we provide when you contact us for return instructions, prior to shipping your return back to us.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we provide when you contact us to arrange a return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Any orders or products sent to us must be sent by a courier method that provides a tracking number that you provide to us.
