Connect Two Command Link Hubs.  Yamaha 6Y8-82553 Cable Series.

Command Link Main Bus Cables are used where multiple Command Link hubs need to be connected together.  These types of cables are easily identified by the 6 pin 2 x 3 row connectors used.  These cables distribute data signals throughout the boat, as well as power.  It is important for signal integrity that only one HUB is powered.

These are available in all standard lengths.  Cross reference to Yamaha part numbers are below.

We also offer ways to adapt Command Link to an expandable NMEA 2000 network.  If connecting an NMEA 2000 fish finder to Command Link equipped boats, we can help with a regular NMEA 2000 connection from either a helm or stern Command Link Hub:

Description

Our Better Connected™ CommandLink Main Bus Cables are used to connect CommandLink Hubs on Yamaha CommandLink equipped boats.

For example, let’s say that your boat has two or more CommandLink HUBs.  Maybe one at the helm, and one at the stern.  Then, you use these cables to connect the two CommandLink Hub BUS port connections together.

These cables are available in the following lengths:

  • 1 foot / 0.3m (Equiv to PN 6Y8-82553-01-00)
  • 10 foot / 3m  (Equiv to PN 6Y8-82553-50-00)
  • 15 foot / 4.5m (Equiv to PN 6Y8-82553-11-00)
  • 20 foot / 6m (Equiv to PN 6Y8-82553-21-00)
  • 25 foot / 7.5m (Equiv to PN 6Y8-82553-31-00)
  • 30 foot / 9m (Equiv to PN 6Y8-82553-41-00)
