This Humminbird Helix NMEA 2000 G3N-G2N Cable is one of two cables required to connect a Helix G2N or Helix G3N to a NMEA 2000 network. And the other cable that is required is the Humminbird MPN 408390-1.
However, we also offer a complete NMEA network bundle for your Humminbird Helix G2N or G3N and your specific outboard. And, these bundles include all the necessary cables for a complete NMEA 2000 installation. And these bundles are specifically designed for your fish finder and outboard, including:

This cable adapts the ethernet connection on the fish finder to NMEA 2000. But to connect to a NMEA 2000 backbone “Tee”, you will also need the Humminbird MPN 408390-1.
Also, if you have multiple Humminbird fish finders, you can see NMEA data on any Humminbird with an ethernet connection that supports NMEA 2000.
This cable works with the Helix G3N, Helix G2N. But it can also be used with older Humminbird 1198c SI, 1197c SI, 998c SI, 958c, 958c DI, 898c SI, 858c, 858c DI, 798ci HD SI, 788ci HD, 788ci HD DI, 778c HD.
This Humminbird Helix NMEA 2000 G3N-G2N Cable comes from Humminbird. So, it is covered by the Humminbird one year manufacturers warranty.
