What Shipping Methods are Available?

We ship USA free shipping orders via the USPS. There are two other shipping methods for U.S. Customers, including UPS/FedEx ground and expedited for an additional charge.

Will I have to pay additional taxes/fees when my order arrives?

Not if you are in the USA.

If you are shipping to a country other than the USA listed above, you may be required to pay duties/taxes or import fees when your order arrives.

Customers in the EU should visit our EU website www.goldenchannels.eu and Canadian customers should visit www.goldenchannels.ca for tax options in your country.

What Payment Methods are Available?

We currently accept most credit cards, and Paypal. Account customers can also pay via ACH in the USA.

Customers choosing to pay using direct deposit also receive a 5% discount on items purchased.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email specifying a tracking number and the courier used to send your order.
