What Shipping Methods are Available?

We ship USA free shipping orders via the USPS. There are two other shipping methods for U.S. Customers, including UPS/FedEx ground and expedited for an additional charge.

Free Shipping EU Orders will be sent by either An Post or DHL. An expedited option is available for an additional charge.

Canadian free shipping orders are sent UPS ground. We will only ship Canada Post on a last resort basis. Expedited shipping is available, and it may be sent by Purolator, FedEx, or UPS.

Will I have to pay additional taxes/fees when my order arrives?

Not if you are in one of the 27 EU member countries, the USA, Canada, or if your order is under $1000 value and going to Australia, or New Zealand.

If you are shipping to a country other than the ones listed above, you may be required to pay duties/taxes or import fees when your order arrives.

What Payment Methods are Available?

We currently accept most credit cards, and Paypal. Account customers can also pay via ACH in the USA, or via Direct Deposit in Canada or via IBAN payments in Europe.

Customers choosing to pay using direct deposit also receive a 5% discount on items purchased.

How do I Track my Order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email specifying a tracking number and the courier used to send your order.

You may also log into your account and check your orders.
