When Something Changes at Your End
Returns are accepted which are unopened and unused, within 30 days of purchase. There is no restocking fee, provided that you send the unopened and unused product back to the address we specify, and at your expense for shipping. Any shipping method that provides a tracking number may be used. Alternatively, you may prefer for us to sell you a return label, since we may get better shipping rates. The cost of the return label would then be deducted from your refund. However, you will know what the label cost is prior to obtaining a label from us.
Open or used returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This does not occur if the product is received in good condition, however, since we have to test returned product, it must be returned to us here in Canada.
If We Make a Mistake
In all cases, if you need to return something due to our mistake, we will refund your purchase, or replace the cables of parts with the correct ones. This is regardless of how you determine there was an error, and if the products are opened or not.
Our Long Term Commitment to your Satisfaction
All of the products that we manufacture are covered for 2 years parts and labour warranty. Products we sell that are manufactured by someone else, will get the manufacturers warranty for those parts.
